The Spanish Property Company (1980) S.L. is a limited liability company registered in Spain.

It's only activities are construction, specialising in building homes in Spain for Northern Europeans intending to become Spanish residents. The company builds up to a standard not down to a price and only uses prime grade materials.

Property built by us is different and intentionally so. Unlike most Spanish properties, those built by us have more than adequate storage space. With all having separate, good sized, well equipped kitchens and most having separate dining rooms, utility room, and reception or hallway entrances, these properties have been designed so as to be safe, comfortable, functionable and energy efficient.

Over the years the Spanish Property Company has developed methods of working which ensure that your money is safe and you won't end up the owner of either an illegally built property or a plot of land on which you cannot build. This system is unique to us - it's our guarantee to you.

For several years the Spanish Property Company has operated a service providing help to expatriates who for one reason or other have fallen foul of Spanish property rules. Many of the problems experienced are caused directly through the dishonesty or incompetence of either the lawyer appointed by the client or an estate agent. Often it can be both. When approached, it has been our policy to help wherever possible, either providing a service without fee or directing the enquirer to an appropriately qualified professional known to us.
