In this, our latest range of property, problems and niggles long associated with Spanish property have been virtually eliminated. Rooms big enough to do what they should, an abundance of storage space, no more entering the house directly through the lounge, no more open or galleried kitchens - most properties with separate dining and utility rooms, and when it comes to property size, we haven't included terraces, patios, staircases and flat roofs in the size - only genuinely utilisable living space is quoted.

Prime quality buildings require prime quality materials. With the Spanish Property Company, this is exactly what you get - not seconds or mixes as is quite often the case with many others.
