Problems and niggles with Spanish property have been virtually eliminated in this portfolio. Rooms big enough to do what they should, an abundance of storage space, no more entering the house directly through the lounge, no more open or galleried kitchens - most properties with separate dining and utility rooms, and when it comes to property size, we haven't included terraces, patios and flat roofs. Only genuinely utilisable living space is quoted. Prime quality building materials (not seconds or mixes as is quite often the case with many).
